An attractive very modern looking lobby set the keynote for this first rate establishment which had its own garage (a big help). Superb staff at reception. A very nice family atmosphere. Beautiful hallways (these make a difference). Light filled room. Very good restaurant in the evening, a lifesaver. The restaurant scene in Tarragona is far from the hotel and hard to fathom and on St. Tekla weekend it is a nightmare, leading visitors to fear that they will starve.

Helpful, friendly staff. Big room. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 24 hour front desk. My room was ready 2 hours early so I checked in at 13.00 instead of having to wait until 15.00

The staff was extremely friendly. We arrived at 1200 and the reception desk called the cleaners to see if they had finished the size room we booked. We were able to go to our room immediately at 1200 with was very nice since we had a baby. The breakfast staff helped carry my plate since I was pushing the baby stroller. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. Great location walking distance to everything and right by the big bus station.

Location is perfect and the hotel offers good value accommodation. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and bacon were lovely and the staff were very friendly

Location of the hotel was excellent one minute walk and you were on the main tree lined walkway with amazing statues and water fountains a good 20 minute stroll to the end with fabulous views of the beach and Marina/harbour areas , multiple choice of restaurants and bars. Wonderful place to visit

It was great to have the pool and gym to use. The desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Exceptionally friendly staff, well sized, modern rooms (only minus for lack of bed sockets), very tasty breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
